Asia Debts Xchange (ADX) ran the first of its series of seminars held in Kuala Lumpur on 4 June 2010 to share best practices on collection and updates on technology. The "Receivables and Collections Best Practices" seminar, held at Boulevard Hotel, Midvalley, Kuala Lumpur, brought together a wide spectrum of practitioners and industry players from both the banking and non-banking sectors.

There was particularly strong interest in the area of disputes management in collections and many saw value in having a system to manage third party collections.
